So nice to meet you!

My name is Clara (she/her) and I am a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, Holistic Coach and Writer.
With over ten years of experience as an educator and coach, I have worked with various personalities and have helped them find greater clarity and inner strength to (re)discover their authentic self-expression.
My mission is to guide people toward their true selves, helping them find their way back on track if something has thrown them off course. If you want to make a long-term change, I would be delighted to accompany you on your journey towards more inner clarity.
I am a committed intersectional feminist and believe that gender is a spectrum. I support the Black Lives Matter movement and treat everyone equally and without judgment. I am trauma-informed and aware of my privileges. Most of all, I look forward to getting to know you and helping you on your journey.
With over ten years of experience working with a wide range of personalities, my professional career began as a teacher and educator.
I am a committed intersectional feminist. To me, gender is a spectrum, and Black Lives Matter. I approach every person without judgment, on an equal level, and I am very much looking forward to getting to know you. Heilpraktiker Petra Hartmann and her holistic approach are the reasons I was able to realign myself powerfully after a few months.
While working as a lecturer in a social streetwork educational project, I completed a coaching training with Dr. Gerhard Huhn. I accompanied young people in their career paths and supported them in decision-making. It quickly became clear that trauma and the resulting thought and behavior patterns were often the root cause of many problems.
Through my multi-year training in integrating shock trauma with Petra Hartmann, for whom I also work as an assistant, I deepened my understanding of trauma-sensitive process design. I also learned techniques that consider the functioning of the nervous system and the emotional center. Since then, I offer not only coaching sessions but also guide holistic processes. Mental and imaginative techniques, tapping techniques, and further development of EMDR can lead to sustainable changes.
The realization that about 95% of our actions are guided by our unconscious led me to kinesiology. The muscle test from kinesiology has proven effective in making deep, sometimes unconscious, issues visible, and I regularly continue my education in this field.
I also continue my education in trauma-sensitive support. Since September 2024, I have been attending the Neurosystemic Integration® - Trauma-sensitive Coaching – Holistic-Integrative Trauma Work training with Verena König. Here, I learn insights from neurobiology, polyvagal theory, systemic therapy, ego-state therapy, psychotraumatology, hypnosystemics, attachment-oriented psychotherapy, attachment theory, and body psychotherapy.
My Writing
Writing has been part of my journey since my youth. In stories or essayistic texts, I give space to my thoughts and experiences. Creative writing, like free writing, has become an inseparable part of my life. I journal almost daily to sort my thoughts.
I concluded my career as a teacher with the publication of the children's non-fiction book "Today I’m Going to School – How Children Learn Around the Globe", published by Knesebeck Verlag.
I wrote an essay about my transition from a teaching career for the anthology "Und ich -", edited by Maria Christina Piwowarski, published by Park x Ullstein Verlag.
The topic of "Reparenting" has been explored in my essay "A Mother for Myself". This text is featured in the anthology "Becoming Parents", published by Diogenes Tapir Verlag.
More texts and publications are definitely to come.
