Already after the first appointment, I felt as if someone had cleaned my cloudy glasses, as if I could now have a strengthened, clear view of my things. The relief of taking my troubles out of this backpack brick by brick, looking at them and then leaving them where they were was physically and emotionally incredibly healing.
